In general, biomarkers are demanded but still not many of them established: BRCA / HRD in 1st OC  has been prospectively validated, besides that only the AGO Score has ever been prospectively validated (in DESKTOP II). We should builfd on this and demand further biomarkers/scores to be developped but not disregard those we already have
