Agree, also with Helen’s point with regard to maintenance  that we shouldn’t move to mandating maintenance in all settings as part of trial design. We should be careful in terms of financial toxicity compared to size of clinical  relevance (which is very limited for some patients), poly pharmacy or prolonged treatments  in the maintenance setting and long term toxicity (MDS/AML) .
