I’m not sure it needs to be a stratification factor. We do laparoscopy pre iCRS to make sure we should open. If we see no disease – some of my partners convert to robot and do the TAH/BSO/Omentectomy and assess the diaphragm and peritoneal surfaces and not open – some really good robotic surgeon do some iCRS robotically – I feel like this is something we leave up to expert surgeons. It is either allowed as an option or not but I don’t think we have any sense that there is prognostic significance to this approach at the time of iCRS to warrant stratification. I do wonder how widespread this is though and if it will really be a feasibility issue if we just make a statement that it isn’t allowed? So if your patient is on trial – don’t do it?
